We picked up an uber in the middle of winter, I was done walking. Even with taking a subway, there is a lot of walking, stairs, corridors, and not to forget the panic to run as we hear the train coming so that we don't have to wait for the next one. The choice of an uber is a bit of luxury if we were to do it every day and night, especially when our feet work just as well, plus we can skip the gym with getting all those steps in, 24,000 in one day. The traffic was still bustling at late hour around the Avenue of the Americas and Grand Street in Manhattan, New York City.  It's wonderful to see trees amidst the architecture. Lights were still on, so either people were up watching netflix or working the midnight hour.
