  • Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days and arrive within 12 (faster in most cases!).

Return & Exchange Policy

We guarantee every purchase. 

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and choose to return it, Lisa Bisbee artist will issue a credit for exchange on another item, less shipping costs, within 30 days:​

  • Exempt are custom orders. For custom made art pieces, which includes custom created and commissioned paintings, as the details of commissioned artwork are discussed with the client before payment is made, including color schemes, subject matter, and other consultation, all of which happens before artistry is applied to canvas, there are no refunds due to the weeks of extensive effort that goes into each piece.

This credit for exchange guarantee is subject to the following terms, conditions & exceptions:

  • Returns are accepted within 1 day of receiving artwork. Before we ship out paintings, we carefully inspect them before and after they are packaged and these inspections are logged. The patron must contact Lisa Bisbee artist within 1 day of receipt of the product with the wish of a credit for exchange on another item and request return authorization and instructions. The patron is responsible for shipping costs. The product must be returned to Lisa Bisbee artist within 30 days of its original ship date. The patron is responsible for assuring the product is returned to Lisa Bisbee artist on the time schedule above.

  • The credit for exchange on another item guarantee requires the product to be returned in its original packaging, in the original condition. Lisa Bisbee artist reserves the right to accept a return without credit or exchange for any product that is damaged, or to reduce the credit or exchange amount to compensate for damage. If Lisa Bisbee artist decides to take this action, Lisa Bisbee will contact the purchaser to explain the options. We will not honour returns should the item arrive back in poor condition. As these items are of growing value quality art, please ensure that your return is very carefully packaged in the same manner as it was delivered to you. Therefore, we expect to receive your return in the same condition as it was when it left.

  • We are also not responsible for shipping charges or fees, as well as any damaged or lost returns along the way. You are responsible for the cost of return packing and shipping plus you must insure the art work for its full value. UPS does this at a very low price, about 35 cents per $100.

  • Any credit transaction will be processed and Lisa Bisbee will send the details to you for exchange.

  • Lisa Bisbee artist reserves the right to retract this offer unilaterally for any individual or organization, at any time, for any reason. If retracted, this will not affect any previous orders shipped during the time the  credit for exchange   guarantee was in effect. Purchasers with orders in process, which have not yet shipped, will be contacted if the  credit for exchange guarantee is retracted.
