A dear friend captured this scene while entertained by Billy Strings at Pier 17 in Manhattan, NYC. She kindly let me use it for reference in my New York Series of neon and florescence.  The scene highlights the sculptural installation by Brooklyn-based artist Tom Fruin with acolorful plexiglass and steel house. My oatmeal styled oil paintings are abstract expression of perspective and color.
