Hot day in the middle of summer with little to no wind. Sweltering heat...no wonder the kids create a Fire Hydrant Water Park in the middle of New York City.It's probably illegal and likely not safe, but what an oasis. How much fun were the kids having while soaking up the coolness factor? Lots.
