We were roaming the downtown financial district on a warm Autumn day, my neck stretched to the max trying to see the top of the skyscrapers... I know I looked like a tourist with my camera snapping photos to bring back to my studio to paint. It was the ornate design of the streetlamp that stopped me. At the last art fair, I met the fellow who creates the city's streetlamps. I was a bit star-struck meeting creative people who add their twist to the city's architectural landscape.
