Most of the palette is navy blue as it's the official color for the Yankee's baseball team. This view is a bird-eye's perspective. Captured my reference photo from the airplane overlooking Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. I used a translucent glaze of fluorenscent oil paint by Gapka to highlight the baseball diamond. There is an excessive amount of texture in this oil painting using thick dried paint as a background.
